This course is going to give you the ability to understand smart questions that you can ask that capture more information from the person that you're asking them to. It will give you the ability to understand what questions to ask, how to ask them and when to ask them. Remember, it's more important the answers that you're getting and the questions you're asking because you're focusing on the answers means you're listening and then you're responding. Learn how to position your questions so that you're redirecting and changing the base of thought of your buyer to be able to get a better understanding of what they need based on the questions you're asking.

More customers than you realize think they have an idea of what they need and then the right professional salesperson and ask them a few questions and changes their base of thought. When you're doing that, you're increasing your value to the person you're talking to. When you're doing that, when you reinforcing that value by changing their base of thought making them think a little bit differently than the traditional salesperson that just responds to what they're looking for, then you are absolutely moving and pulling that client towards you and moving yourself closer towards closing the sale.
